Dance Page Helpful Hints and More

Country dancing is a fun activity for many and a vocation for others. The range of ability may be from the beginner who is just learning a few basic steps to the competitor who may know hundreds of turns. This page is primarily devoted to the dancer who views the activity as "fun" and is not intended to help the advanced dancer. While Midwest Country Connection has dancers at many different levels, our emphasis is on showing people they can dance and helping those who want to learn and join us in the fun we have.

Another helpful item our instructors have used is a Cue (or Cheat) Sheet to help beginning dancers with counting into turns. If it helps you, let us know. the folks who have provided it could use the encouragement!
